Is Beyoncé Expecting Baby Number Two?

THE last time she announced that she was pregnant, Beyoncé rubbed her stomach on the VMA stage during a performance of Love On Top, but the singing superstar never likes to get stuck in a rut. Yesterday, she posted a casual picture on Instagram of her buried in the sand on a beach complete with sand baby bump - a gesture so casual that fans aren't quite sure what it means. 

With more than 37,000 comments and counting, her fans debated what was being implied by the sandy bump with myriad theories being expounded by her eager followers, from "she's not pregnant she wouldn't put sand on her stomach" to "when she's on vacation this long she's definitely pregnant". One frustrated user even remonstrated: "Bey, just stop it and say you're pregnant with number two. I can't with these hints."

Whatever the truth is, Knowles and her husband Jay Z are clearly enjoying keeping fans guessing. In September, during their On The Run tour, Jay Z changed the lyrics of his song Beach Is Better from "I replace it with another one" to "'cause she's pregnant with another one", while the duo smiled broadly at the crowd.
